Day 12: 12/1/13
This morning I woke with a sorer throat than the other days and I was all stuffed up. I took some disprin with my breakfast and that helped! We had a lie-in today until 10 o clock so that should have helped me. It was also the first day we weren't travelling on the bus!
We walked a little in the national park today. The views were gorgeous- lots and lots of green, tropical looking trees, sandy beaches, blue almost turquoise seas! Lots of photos taken!
We went to the beach then and spent a few hours sitting there. We had brought a packed lunch so we were happy out! We just lay down most of the day. I walked along the beach for a while with one of the other girls looking at seashells!
On the way back the tide was out and there was a beach with messages written in stone. So a group of us wrote Stray Family 13 in the stones, and of course took lots of photos!
There was a little burger place nearby- a van really that we went to. We had to wait for ages as they did the whole order together and they were really busy! I got fish and chips instead of a burger but it was yummy!
I had a shower and sorted my clothes and stuff and started to feel rotten again. My throat isn't as bad as this morning but my head is just blocked. It's not my normal blocked nose so I must have a cold. It's a pain in the arse! Most people were sitting around playing drinking games this evening and I couldn't even think about drinking! An early night for me again! Hopefully it's gone tomorrow.
