Night stop with friend Michelle in California

We leave Oregon Thursday for San Fran, we spend the weekend there hopefully spend some time in the Napa Valley. We fly to New Zealand on Monday but don't arrive until Wednesday (as we cross the date line.) We have just organised the 2 week trip there, we fly to Christchurch wednesday afternoon and spend the night there, we then pick up a crazy painted camper van to travel around in for 9 days. Here we are on the farm in Oregon! We are staying here for 3 days before off to San Fran.

Well we had a great time on the Island and we saw 3 bears, one grey whale, loads of sea lions and a few bald eagles. In fact we saw one bear by the side of the road so we took loads of pics until it looked like it was going to eat Tamsin! We thought about going surfing but the water was soo cold!!!

Here we are on the pacific coast attempting to whale watch! Lets hope we see some. More soon.  J
