The day has finally arrived. We are leaving for Rio de Janeiro at 11:10 p.m. for our 10+ hour flight to Rio.  I'm not looking forward to spending that much time in a cramped space, especially since we couldn't get business class. It was a bittersweet day. We are sad to be leaving but are also anxious to see our friends and family and my precious Lady that we have missed. Our flight left at 11:30 am Cancun time and we arrived at 4:30 pm Toronto time (Toronto is 1 hour ahead) after a bit of a bumpy flight. It's good to be home but it was hard to leave our good friends who showed us such a great time.
