hey campers, Well we have jumped ahead of the gun writing an entry about sydney before we did Brisbane or byron bay! So, i will try and remember all the fan dabby activities that we incountered in both of these places! Arrived 2 brisbane on r over nite groundhound.... oh the joys of a 12 hour bus journey.. Not actually that bad as they but on a movie and we had two seats each so all in all it could be a whole lot worse!! The movies r think older than me and liz or chessy but really wat do u expect and at least there is no chance u wud of seen then.. or rented them from ur local blockie!! Brisbane is like ur run of the mill big city!! Hectic... it was a wee bit of a surprise as we have been in the outback and in small towns and islands!! So it was a culture shock!! On the first day we went in search of some koala's..... We found ourselves at the lone pine koala santuary! It was awesome we spent the day chilling out!! With the koala's.... We held one and had r pictures taken!! I had Mark the big boy!! He was sooo heavy and lizzie had serendipity! Day 2- saw us on a walk to the botanical gardens and along the river, well generally a major tour of the city!! It was a good day..... being a real tourist!! As u do!! Believe it or not we also went to MOB!! I hear u holla mob wat is this!! The museum of brisbane!! It was jolly interesting! We then left brisbane in the search of a big beach!!! Byron Bay!
