30th November 2009 - 5th December 2009:

We decided to take a little break from the typical backpacker wooden huts and checked into an actual hotel where we were treated to luxuries such as fresh unstained bed linen and fully functioning toilets - something we would have always previously took for granted when on holiday but definitely not anymore!!!

It was a lovely resort with a really cool roof top pool so we basically spent the whole five days sunbathing and swimming. Despite a sign asking for guests to refrain from "unruly behaviour" Liza chose to disobey this request completely and frolicked away in the pool, splashing about like a 5 year old whilst at the same time laughing histerically at her own jokes (sad I know) - so much so that Sean was praying that a lifeguard would appear from nowhere and eject her from the pool!!

Relaxing and chilled out nights sitting along the seafront eating Italian, BBQ's, Thai and the cheapest fish and chips ever was only occasionally ruined upon our arrival back at our hotel where we were greeted by the resident entertainment (if that's what you call it) - a middle aged karaoke lady, who on a daily basis, proceeded to murder each and every song she attempted despite the hilarious fact that there were absolutely no guests (not a single one) in the room listening.
