Hi there guys, I am preety pissed off right now as I just wrote up a quality entry of what I have been doing the last few weeks for 45 minutes and it hasn't been entered! Anyway I will try again! First of all I am fine after the Cyclone that hit Cairns, I was on my Fraser Island tour when that happened and not until I heard about it on tthe news yesterday did I realise how serious it was! Anyway, I last Updated with Brisbane, since then, We have been to Noosa which was a quality place very peaceful and relaxing with the beautiful beaches and National parks, experienced a Nudest beach pretty funny! The beaches were the best I have ever seen in my life! Beautiful! We had two Sweedish girls in our room, Lisa and Lota, really, really nice girls who we actually really missed when we left them last week! We went to the beaches with them and had some great nights drinking with them and the others from the rooms most evenings, they had speakers so when the bar shut at 12 loads of people came back to ours to have a few more drinks and chill out we both think it was the best place we have been to so far! We then headed up to Hervey Bay for what would have been for 5 nights if we didn't get a cancellation for our Fraser Island trip, we stopped at Rainbow beach for a while and learnt how to throw a boomarang and play a didgerido! We then got to Hervey Bay and chilled there for two days we then went and had our briefing for our trip and met our quality group! 2 boys from Watford same age 23, two girls from Ipswich 19, 2 sweedish girls 20, a girl from Denmark 20, an Irish bloke and Jesser 19 from near Birmingham! The group were quality and we all got on straight away when we had to go and get our food and drink together for the trip! It was so funny, laughing the whole time the best three days of my life! Even when the weather was bad everyone was laughing and joking, it was quality, it was really hot for half the time we were there too though and the views of the beaches, lakes and creeks were unbeliveable. Setting up the tents and cooking the food was a great experience too. Sheldon drove I didn't even try! It was a very bumpy ride I must admit, a few of them took it in turns! We played loads of drinking games which I have remembered for when I get home so be ready! I got on really well with Kat one of the girls. I have met 3 Kat's in my life and all of them are amazing not only looking but have great personalities! I am really missing all the group now though but everyone has got each others email addresses and we will hopefully meet up again on our travels or back home! When we got back we all got put into the same dorm, so yes you guessed it we all played drinking games and got pretty drunk I got the thong on and wore it to the Hostel bar, the barman gave me a jug of Poison as a bet that he thought I wouldn't do it! it had 6 shots and topped with coke, we then went on to a club and got in at 5.30am! By the morning a few had already moved on, I started drinking at 1.30pm in the afternoon and tried to stay out for as long as possible in the evening as we had an early bus 7am in the morning, I stayed out until 2.30am chatting to the hostel bar staff then crashed! Big mistsake as the next day I had the biggest hangover of my life, so so tired! We got to Town of 1770 yesterday, I went straight to bed woke up and went top the beach to watch the sun set which was lovely, we went on a tour of the area earlier and found out that this place holds only 80 people, very traditional area that is getting developed as we speak though, said to be the next Noosa or Byran Bay! It is so relaxed here I went to the beach today and was the only person on it, unbelieveable! The hostel is our cleanest one yet too here. On to a Cattle Farm tomorrow and hoping to work there for 5 nights to pay for our stay and food! then on to Airlie where I will download the rest of my pics, hope you are all ok and will update soon, this one better work Or I will be really pissed off! Happy Mopther's Day for tomorrow mum in case I have no singal at the farm to call you, and Happy Birthday Claire for Tuesday if I can't get through, I will call you both obviously if I can!
