Cool wet start to the day. Had fox nightmare last nite. Having great coffee in gunnison co. Met some real folks from LA on their GS BMW 's. Still having a blast. Found new interesting road to add 100 miles to our day. Grant is such a mileage slave driver. The fake dead arm in my tent last nite didn't help either!!!

KOA camping and rations!! Yummy!! Spaghetti and meatballs tonite most awesome road today!! Best biking road we been on to date. No traffic no cops. No deer. All good. 310 miles today.

Great day on bikes. Fantastic roads. No DEER. Woodlands is at the base of pikes peak which we climbed today. Scary switchbacks. Not for weak hearted. 14,100' up. Highest to date with motorcycles. Staying at Lone Duck campgrd. Has all we need for 29$.

Another great day. Hmmm Grant had us drive extra 80 miles ( yummy). I saw deer at last second as it fell from cliff. Couldn't tell u how high but she fell hard onto it's belly and tried to stand. I near pooped myself. We saw pronghorn stuck in mud at riverbank surrounded by at least 8 coyotes!!! Didn't look promising for pronghorn. Had super yummy smoked chicken wings today. 1608 miles and counting. We are at 8700 feet above sea level tonite. See yah tomorrow!!! ...
