This blog is dedicated to New Zealand It is literally the best place i have been everything about the place makes me smile. The party, the breathtaking scenery, the amount of activities you can do and also the people are top. Well what have i been up to since last on? absoultly tonnes. After Auckland i was off to Queenstown oh my god what a place. It's all about bungee Jumps,Sky diving, visiting the beauty that is Milford Sound and seeing Dolphins, partying hard then going on hikes to sort the hangover out and finally the best burger you will taste in the world Ferg burger. Had alot of drunken foolish nights as per celbrated St Patricks Day there this consisted of drinking whisky at 10 am and continuing to drink at 2am what a great night, my poor Canidan mate wouldn't think that as i passed out in her bed pictures to follow. Stayed at a awesome hostel Nomads where we got free meals very important on the backpacker budget as i am now back on the noodles, they taste like f***in Cardboard. Me and my scouse mate Neil whilst in Queenstown decided to join the most amazing bus the one and only Kiwi bus totally the best decision of the trip at first we where unsure as this bus is supposed to be full of 18 year olds luckily this was not the case. The bus itself iscrazy everyone is just wanting to party all the time not one to being a party pooper so you have to join in. There is a group of 8 now and each and every one of them i love to bits and all we do is drink and party and see beautiful sights with a hangover that are in plenty in New Zealand.
We started the Kiwi bus from Christchurch the most depressing place i have be because of the earthquakes so sad and are now have currently just finished touring the south island.
Places we have been are Kaikoora beautiful place and also got to go Whale we where lucky enough to see 3 sperm whales what amazing creatures they are we off course got the perfect shot of the whaes diving hence the tail going up in the air, also we we lucky on the trip as we got to see seals and dolphins.
The kiwi bus is always on the move hence you are always seeing diffreent things we then moved on to Kaiteriteri where we hike the Abel Tasmain National Park breathtaking scenery to say the least, again it was about beach coves and turqoise water something i will never get bored of, although we did do a 15km hike in the rain in quite tough terain in flip flops not bright but fun at the same time. (you probably now can understand why i am partial to the odd injury or 2)
We then move on to Manupoohoo pardon the spelling this place had nothing but a pub so what did we do have a fancy dress party with the bus and got well and truly mullered the theme was anything but clothes. I got dressed up as Bin Laden all my group cut there hair for me so i could have a long beard what nice guys. The night was epic we just drank till we dropped i also won second prize for the costume bonus free beer. Les the owner was a leg end 87 and still going strong.
After this one stop of madness we then moved on to Franz Joseph and it gave me something i am probably never going to see again a breathtaking glacier we hiked up it for 13km it was one of the best things i have done in my life. On a funny note i got stuck in a ice cave a rope came to the rescue hahahha. We have also learned that unfortunately through global warming part of the glacier has just collapsed a week after we did it meaning that you can not climb it fully anymore, the only option is to get a helicopter to a point and then walk only for 3 hours so in one way we where lucky we got to see the glacier in it's full form.
After Franz Joseph we moved back to Queenstown partied hard as per because that is what you do in Queenstown. The next part of the journey consisted of going to Wellington this was the worst my life as i stayed out till 530am and the coach was 7am 12 hours of hell.
Currently in Wellington and love it although its weird being in a city again after so long. After Wellington we are going to hit the whole of the North island it's gonna consist of volcanoe walking, staying at a maori village, visiting mount doom, sand boarding and many more wonderful things cannot wait. Well im off to go and get drunk.
Peace out people hope everyone is good.
