After our disasterous time at Sierra de la Ventana, we were pleased to arrive at the train station where our overnight train was waiting to whisk us back to Buenos Aires. We arrived at 9.30pm after spending about 7 hours in the bus station waiting for our connecting bus. We got a cab to a hotel, but it was closed. The taxi driver took us to some other hotels, but they were all extortionate. We eventually found an old crispy hands hotel who charged us way over our maximum budget for a really hideous room.
