I don't recognize this place, but you have two great places to have an Ice Cream covered with chocolate, one is El Artesano and the other one Tirol, you will never forget those ice creams!

This is the Miguel Lillo park, you can walk around is very nice, but if you are with friends that drink with you mate (an Argentinian berverage) is much better!
