Hello! This is our first entry on our blog Day 1: We had an early and emotional start to the day! Was up for 5 to catch the boat from Isle of Man to Liverpool at 6:30, our family came down with us to say Goodbye, which was sad but we'll be back in no time! We arrived in Liverpool and made our way to the Lime Street to catch the Train down to London. Arrived in London and made our way to the Hostel (clink78), which is okay, just your average hostel. After we checked in we decided to go see the Olympic park but didn't get to see much as all the tickets were sold out, even the ones just to get into the park! We made our way back into the city centre and walked along the river Thames to see Tower Bridge and The Shard. That was the day pretty much at an end so we headed back to the hostel for a couple of drinks Day 2: Bought a hop-on-hop-off tour bus ticket that we could use all day to take us round all the sights. This was great because we didn't have much time to see everything but the bus was great because it gave us a whistle stop tour of everything! we also got a river cruise down the Thames. After spending 7 hours on buses, boats and tubes we needed a rest so headed back to the Hostel for a shower and Nap. After we were all refreshed we decided to go into camden, where we offered drugs in the space of two minutes so decided it would be best to come back in the daytime! We headed back into the City Centre where had some MASSIVE cocktails and great food at TGI Fridays in Picadilly Circus. Day 2: was a VERY long day, we checked out of the hostel at 10am and our flight wasn't till 9:55pm so we had another day to spend in London. We decided to go back into Camden which is really nice in the day time! had a look round camden market, could spend a fortune there if we had the money and luggage space. We also had some really good 'street' food, a big falafal wrap and banana fudge cake! At this rate we will come back big fatties and won't fit on the plane home In the afternoon we went back into London and went to the TATE modern art gallery. Which is free until you get in and all the good bits you have to pay for. Like the Damian Hurst exhibition which is £15 each to get into, isn't he rich enough already! Anway thats it for now! We are on our way the Argentina now. We will update you with how that goes soon Love Lisa and Mikey
