An overnight bus took us from La paz to Sucre. Began at 6.30pm and arrived at 8.30am! Journey was a lot better than expected with reclining seats and loads of legs space - a make shift bed! A burst tyre along the way and random stops in the middle of nowhere added to the fun. Also we got to watch half (as then the fake dvd broke!) of police academy and scary movie 3, in spanish! Sucre is so preety, we've both fallen in love with the place. Be a great place to come and learn spanish. Not that much to do but chill in the square and wonder around various churches amd museums. We did however go on a dino - truck! We went to a site , discovered about 40 years ago, that had actual dinosaur prints!! For me (jenny) who didn't really ever think dinosaurs existed, this was really wierd! I think they did now - i've been confinced! It was really fun , wr got to ride the dino truck and had to wear sexy hard top helmets!! Our hostel is lovley with a roof top terrace so we spent the evening relaxing before heading out to a lovely bar, where we had beef, chips with a typical Bolivian sauce (so good!). Off to Potosi ( only 3 hr bus ride!) today - the silver mining town!
