Western Australia here we are!!!! So what a scary first few hours we had in this place.......we left our tropical retreat in Cairns at about 12.30 pm yesterday and we didnt actually arrive here in Perth until about 1am - what with delays and transfer flights - a very exhausting day inwhich all we wanted to do was get to Perth and jump into our lovely beachfront hostel room - but oh my god did we have a surprise when we got here!!
