Today we're off exploring Monaco - time to mix it with the rich and famous.

Arrived at our hotel which overlooks the village of Saint Paul. A quaint village cobblestone paths lots of galleries. Came across an Australian woman who has lived in the area for 30 years making ladies tops with flower prints. Had a swim in our pool followed by drinks on our terrace with gorgeous views of Saint Paul.

The counter display of shops is amazing whether its the butcher baker fruit shop or ice cream parlour - had to try one of these ice creams - they looked great and tasted delicious.

This morning we took the local bus to Marseilles - 30min ride cost of 11euro for 2. Great town along the sea with a great harbor and cliffs plunging in the blue sea. Had a great lunch - wasn't sure what I was ordering but what I received was great. A whole grilled sea bass fish that the waitress filleted at the table - she took the head off and removed the bones with precision - amazing service.

We wandered around the town and came across the market - the freshest produce u have seen puts our organic food to shame bought some chicken potatoes salad for our dinner on the terrace of our hotel. It wad a great spot to listen to the noise of the town - ambulances car traffic children playing - while looking over rooftops and seeing into people's balconies. Tres bien!
