Hey folks, this is our last stop in Lao, we're in Vietiane. Lao has been brilliant, favourite place so far, really liked Luang Prabang, met so many folk, would have liked to have spent more time there. We fly to Hanoi tomorrow and are there till Sunday. Yesterday we went to the caves, took us 3hrs to walk there and back, plus hike up to the top (in flip flops...dumb and dumber) but was worth it, had a blue lagoon at the bottom for swimming. We couldve, and maybe should have went tubing (pub crawl via water in a dingy) but had mixed reports on it so didn't bother, we heard later that there was free drink so think Liddell was gutted...yep she is back in the zone, phew was worried for a while, had to keep draging her out..banned from temples!!
