We gravitated to the beach bar selling the biggest, most tropical breakfast. It even came with a free sun lounger for the day. Then worshipped the sun until sunset. After combing the sand for Char's rings we headed out to sample some of the local cuisine. Mounds of curry, beer and cocktails later we encountered the most fascinating night sky, witnessing at least 20 shooting stars in a period of half an hour. We promise it wasn't the alcohol.We couldn't believe our eyes, as we laid on the beach gazing up in silence. After Matt reading about the universe all day, this was a perfect recipe for a sleepless, overthinking night.
