Had a disaster today the alarm did not go off and I missed the train to Washington. Tried to book it again for Thursday but the price is double. So I looked at other options and found a bus that goes for about $20 amazing. So I have booked that instead and found another alarm clock to make sure I get up. Spent the day in Midtown today and most of it around the Rockefeller centre. First up I had the NBC tour. This was a tour showing through some of the actual studios they have, we saw the studio where they film Monday night football, Jimmy Fallon show and Saturday night live. I was the real sightseer today I saw some of the traditional New York sites. I took the subway down to the ferry landing and did the Statue of Liberty tour. Had a Gospel tour today in Brooklyn. We met at times square and then had to travel by subway out to Brooklyn. First time on subway but we were in a group so was ok. Had the Real Bronx tour today. This tour was a bus tour into the Bronx to learn some history and see Yankee Stadium. After tour I walked from near Times Square down past 1st street and 1st avenue. Times square is 51st and 7th avenue. I walked about 2.5 hours looking at different neighborhoods along the way.
