We woke to a knock on the door from the man who owned the bungalows. We threw our things together then headed back in his truck to the office where the breakfast was siting on a shelf waiting for us. It was cold fried egg, cold nearly toasted bread and shredded cabbage. Lee eat it and then mine. No matter how hungry I was I wasn't THAT hungry. We felt like we needed to get a proper wash and get ourselves organized before we went to the Surin islands so we made our excuses and asked to be dropped at the pier. We were thinking that the pier would have nice hotels or decent guesthouses... It didn't. It looked like the Liverpool docks back in the day. There was no where to go from here so we told the tour man that our 'friends' hadn't turned up so we wanted to jump on the boat today. He had no problem getting us on but we noticed people were taking food and water with them... I quickly ran across the road to an open garage were a man was selling dry noodles and water then we jumped aboard the boat.
