We arrived in Georgetown late evening and followed our iPhone map to the nearest hostels. The first one we came across was Reggae Mansion. A man named Charlie ushered us into the hostel. We got our dorm key and headed upstairs. Our dorm was a 10 bed dorm so we didn't know what to expect. When we opened the dorm we were pleasantly surprised. It was a giant ikea shelving unit and we each got our own shelf to sleep in! It was brilliant! The mattress was clean, the sheets were crisp white. We had a curtain acting as a mini door and a secret cupboard that was a mirror too. Oh and our own light! Genius!
We were super duper excited and hungry so we headed out to eat. We walked around the corner to what looked like a canteen.... We went in! I asked the man for something filling he described, through hand actions, a huge meal so I ordered it.... A paper thin pancake came out in the shape of a volcano! Never mind... We called it a night shortly after that.
