Ni Hao! Had a 26hour train journey from Shanghai to a really lovely town called Yangshou. It's a typically Chinese town, unlike Shanghai which could have been London or NY. We went to our leaders bar/restaurant which she owns with her boyfriend and we had some much needed western food and I had a whole bowl of cucumber which i've been craving the whole holiday so far! Tomorrow we are going mud caving which is where we get a boat to some caves, walk in the caves and reach this pool of mud which apparently is really good for you. Then we strip down to bathing costumes and role in the mud! We've decided we're all gonna have mud wrestling matches! We've all realised today that we have only a week left of our tour and we're all really sad :( Anyway, I'm off to bed here it's after 1am. Night night, Much love xxxxx
