So we were up yesterday at 4am to finish getting ready and checked out!
Our coach arrived at around 6ish and we started the long journey from Bangkok to Chumpon pier. It was then another hour or so on a boat and we finally arrived in Koh Tao!
It is so beautiful here! It is actually like the pictures!
We chilled out on the beach for a bit after we got here before getting some food and a few drinks. We had a look at this UV diving thing, and it sounded pretty cool so we decided to go for it tomorrow night! We basically go snorkelling and they light up all the sealife with UV lights!
We went back to the room to get ready for the night and met most of the people we would be sharing with, although two of them were leaving the next day. They all seemed pretty nice and one invited us to the bar crawl he was going on that night.
After getting ready we went to find the bar crawl but instead got some food, which was amazing! We were walking back to the hostel when we saw a fire show on the beach. We ended up spending the rest of the night there having drinks and watching the show. It was amazing, they were doing a lot of fire poi and then got the skipping rope and limbo out! We decided not to have a go but it was good watching the others! Ben and Hana also had their first Thai bucket as well!
The lack of sleep was catching up with Ben and Hana at this point so we decided to go home and get some sleep!
