After our early night we were both awake early today so got up and went to have breakfast at the bar. Where we are staying is run by British ex-pats so Shane's full English was a proper breakfast with real sausages so he was happy!
We also booked a trip for tomorrow where we will go and see all the main bits in Kampot, go down to Kep for a bit and finish the day with a sunset cruise to see the fireflys. As tomorrow will be pretty full on we decided to just have a wander around Kampot town today. We got a tuk tuk in and walked around. The main thing to see was the statues they have in the centre of every roundabout which were quite cool. We picked up a few essentials from the mini mart and also found somewhere to book our bus to Battambang on the 6th, which was cheaper than I thought leaving us some extra to book an air con room when we get there!
We headed back about lunchtime and spent the afternoon at the pool cuddling with the cats and playing backgammon.
Tomorrow is an early start for our trip so we are going to head back to the bar for some food before another early night!
