We arrived in Noosa from Fraser island and ended up staying at Noosa backpackers. the first thing we did was head straight for the beach where we spent our time watching the surfers and admiring their skills.
the next day Lauren went for a hike in the Noosa national park, she did the coastal walk for around two hours admiring the lovely views and being stalked by bush turkeys. after her walk she relaxed on the beach and sunbathed.
i on the other hand went to Australia Zoo (Steve Irwin's Zoo) with Tabree and Lisa. the first thing we did was watch the croc show which was ok but you realised how good it must have been with Steve Irwin doing it. after that we saw tigers, giant tortoises, koalas and of course crocodiles. in the afternoon we fed the elephants and stroked the kangaroos and wallabys. when i got back i was reunited with lauren, we made some dinner and spent the evening chatting with a group of people.
the next day the weather had turned and it was raining so we took this as an opportunity to explore the shopping that Noosa had to offer. there was a lot of sales on and i ended up spending $300 in ripcurl but i can claim back the tax and it was all a lot cheaper then it would have been in England. that evening we met some people and spent the evening drinking goon and playing cards in our room after we brought the patio table inside.
the next day we left for brisbane
