we arrived in siem reap from phnom penh. the first thing we did was to visit the angkor wat for the sunset. it rained we got soaked did not see a decent sunset. the next morning we were up at 5am for the sunrise. the weather was slightly better and we managed to get some good pictures. after this we spent 5 and a half hours looking at the temples. we eventually reached our limit with the ruins so we went back to our guesthouse to sleep. that evening we went out. Liz got very drunk and Lauren got locked out of the room. she was chatting to the cambodians who ran the guesthouse and then ended up sleeping in someones hammock with an insect candle. the next day Liz was hungover and we didnt do a lot except Lauren started drinking in the day. the next day we left to return to bangkok
