Just anther update on Aussie life so far. It's crazy to think I left home over 8 months ago now and I remember wondering if I would be back in St Albans, tail between my legs after 3 weeks. Well it's safe to say I truly love being in Australia and the thought of coming back home scares me a little now. Although I'd be lying to say I don't miss people at home because of course I do from time to time. Ideally if everybody I missed from home could join me over here life would be perfect. But iv made so many friends here I feel happy and never alone.

Okay so over the last few weeks I have been busy working to save some money for having fun when I hit Bali and the east coast in September. So I sold Harold my car and left Kirby and decided to just work here at the hostel. Basically I am the day manager working in reception and checking people in and out. I have also booked to go to Bali with a friend Jackie who I met in spinners and we leave in the 5th September to Bali for 10 nights. I'm sooo excited, can't wait to get my tan on and chill for a week or so. I even brought a new iPod so I can indulge in the latest tunes. Today I need to book my flight to Cains for the arrival of the family which I am buzzing for, 4 weeks with them will be amazing.

I love living here in Perth and have made some awesome friends in this hostel for starters my roomies, gossip girls Kim and Jackie. There is also crazy Irish April and her Boyfriend Robert. We have long pointless and funny chats in the smoking area with Luke, Princess Josh, James and Clint. And not forgetting the proper boys in the hostel who can't make a bed, Nico and Tyler. Together we all have so much fun, and it's such good banter...even if I am the ONLY southerner in the place...obviously it's so bad up north they all come to Perth ;). Il be leaving here on the 5th for Bali but do intend to visit after Bali and before Cains for a few nights.
