We arrived in Bangkok this morning and got our bags etc and out of the airport by about 10.15am. We went to go and get the train to get to our hotel but the guy behind the counter wouldn't help anyone and we had no idea where to get the train to so being so tired and just wanting to go to bed we got a taxi to our hotel, luckily the let us check-in as soon as we got here even though check-in isn't supposed to be until 2pm!! We immediately went straight to sleep and woke up about 6pm. Had showers and went out for some food on Koh San Road. When we got outside it was pouring down so we just went for some food at a bar just down the road to get out of the rain rather than from a street vendor which we intended to do. Once we'd eaten we went for a bit of a walk in the rain and decided just to head back to hotel and have an early night so that we can make the most out of tomorrow!! Just going to watch a film now and catch up on some more sleep, hopefully it won't be raining tomorrow!!
