When we got to Chiang Mai (at about 3 PM), there was a B.M.P. minibus to take us to our guest house, although because we had booked our transport and accommodation at separate travel agents, I'm not sure whether we were supposed to (as there wasn't much room for the people who had been told they'd get a transfer).
