Minnie and her friend she met in Canada whilst she was doing a university exchange there wanted to get tattoos done whilst they were in America, and since we didn't want to go to the beach again, me and Alice went with them, via a sushi shop, despite not being hungry. I had a lunch box A which had California rolls, tuna rolls and battered vegetables.
The first tattoo parlour Minnie asked in said that they normally only do locals, but they had complimentary chocolate bars and water which would have been nice! The guy in Miami Ink, who I think I recognise from the program, was extremely rude and clearly thought we didn't have the money to go there. We also went into a shoe shop so me and Alice could buy heels in preparation to go to this club later on, and we went to Forever 21 again, where Alice brought a playsuit and Minnie's friend brought some bikinis. I had had the idea of buying a clip in fringe so went into a hair styling shop, but when I tried one it looked so ridiculous!
It was really hot, so we got the bus back, and I tried to have a nap, but I couldn't fall asleep. Our Israeli roommate made Shakshouka, but I wasn't feeling too hungry so I just had cracker and a chai spiced granola and yoghurt, and then we got dressed up and went to Mango's bar on Ocean Drive for one of the fish bowl cocktails. The Israeli had wanted to see the Brazilian dancing, but it was really busy by the time we got there and there were no tables with a view of it. The only fish bowl cocktails they had was a margarita but it came with 2 upturned coronas and a flashing rubber ring.
We had to rush a bit to finish our cocktail, and then squished into a taxi to the club, which was in a hotel. The Israeli guy got refused entry as he was wearing shorts and trainers so he went home, but we met the club owner in the lobby, and he took us into one of the V.I.P booths, where we saw Minnie, so we got her in there too, but then her and Alice went off into the dance section, whereas me and Renata stayed and got free vodka and cranberry juice. We got a taxi back and went via McDonalds.
