We arrived at the family hostel in Dalat at around 5pm. The owner there goes by the name mama and is crazy! She ran up to us and gave us massive hugs and we sat down at a huge table for dinner. We paid around £2 each and the food just kept coming there was loads and it all tasted great! We met some people who we had met in Mui Ne and sat around and played drinking games. We then headed for a bar crawl which one of the workers took us on. They last bar was so cool, it was set out like a maze and we spent most of our time getting lost in it!
The next day we were quite hungover so spent the day just walking around the local area. We had lunch in town, rented swan pedalows and pedalled round the lake and we booked a motorbike tour for the next day. We also visited one of dalats attractions called the crazy house which was basically just a weird house with loads of different pathways and corridors that you walk around. It was good to see but wasn't amazing. We had dinner again with everyone back at the hostel.
The next day we went on an easy rider tour. Two locals took us on the backs on their motorbikes and we got to see all the best sights of Dalat. It was amazing and Dalat is so pretty, so much winding countryside! We visited waterfalls and different factories where they make coffee and noodles and learnt about the local way of life. It was very interesting and our guides had so much knowledge and great English too. We spent our last night at the hostel and went into town for Mexican food which was amazing! We were up early the next day to catch a bus at 7am to Nha Trang.
