And so to the final blog of our momentous 6 months of travels, we have had quite a journey! We decided to take our last three weeks travelling as a "holiday"- a break from moving around constantly, so we hit the surf town of Jaco....

Wow so impressed with all this excercise! I seem to recall that in your past life Ed - horses were avoided - even on expensive cowboy ranches, walking a no no and now you seem to be hiking and climbing all over the continent. As for whale watching....do you remember you were "allergic" to boats! I dragged you out to watch Wales in NZ and all you did was vomit continuously...which was VERY annoying and distracting!!! Darlings I am SO ENVIOUS. How on earth are you going to settle down to suburban life?

I am looking forward to getting your "Top 10" of everything - ie best for this/ that /experience/beauty etc and most importantly - overall. It will be hard to do I am sure as you have seen and experienced so much but it will be an interesting excercise for you to quantify all this - and for us to read.....But of course it is not all over yet.
Marcus and I off to Amsterdam for 3 days on 14th - cultural tour and re-visiting old haunts from my "celeb" days a million years ago.
Cant wait to see you guys and you will have heard news re Will and Lauras ttravel plans - so one lot back and another lot leave - wow...my turn soon!

Dr Doolittle was reputed to talk to the animals, now that you have been translating so well I can definately see a future for you in vetinary surgery, zoo keeping, or somewhere that you can be kept behind bars for your own safety!
