Another stopover in Germany. The food is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Ate a delicious breakfast not far from the hotel and then headed over to the chocolate museum. It was so cool to read about and see the whole process. We also picked up a good selection. We'll see if any of it makes it home. We had time to check out the amazing cathedral by the train station before heading to Brussels.

We stopped over for an overnight in Hamburg on our way to Paris. We weren't sure what to see, but we voted as a group to do the International Maritime Museum. After getting off the ferry we hopped on the DSB train in Hirtshals to make our way to Odense. The Danish trains are great. Lots of them, easy to hop on and off and they all have free wifi! Once in Odense Peter picked us up and we were off to Gyldensteen.
