Sunday 25th April

So a quick entry for this week in Florida. With such a short time it's all been about getting ready for the West Coast trip but certain circumstances has made it difficult to be 100% organised. Mum was supposed to go home on Monday but due to a certain Volcano blowing off she's now stranded. So it's taken a few days to get a different flight for her and she's now leaving on the 1st May which means poor Annika will be stuck on her own with her again for an extra week. Only kidding mum!! I think mum is ready to go too. So it's also been my job to keep her amused and occupied. It's the least I can do given Annika had her solo for 6 weeks and it's the sisterly thing to do. Annika jumped at the chance to go on business meeting up in New York and to go chill with Paul to recover some of her sanity. A couple of trips into Delray, walk on the beach with the dogs, pool days, a Mall trip and grocery shopping for Annika kept her quiet.
Everything is booked up to San Fransisco, hostels, trains etc and where I'm staying in my Seattle leg. Off to bed, have to be up early for my flight tomorrow and it's gone midnight. So bye again to Florida and the next entry will be in California!!
