Our journey from Nashville to Memphis was via an 8 seater Seaport plane. We were both a little apprehensive but reassured by a lovely English exchange student. Landed in Nashville. You know you are in Music City when there is a musician playing before you even get to baggage claim. At baggage claim there are wooden rocking chairs to sit on and a signed McCartney Epiphone guitar on display. We get a €1.70 shuttle bus to Music City Central and then a free shuttle bus to our hotel. It is a short uphill walk from the stop to our hotel and there is a bar beckoning us.
