Hola! Back to Spanish well my pigeon Spanish which is far better than my pigeon Portugese was!! Thankfully on Monday I´ll be back to English in South Aafrica. So Buenos Aires has been my playground for the last three days. I have to fly into Cape Town from here hence my stopover, it hasn´t been a very eventful one I´m afraid as I chose to have this time to catch up on some me time, detox after the carnival and exercise as much as I could, and that I have. I´ve done a city tour by bike, haven´t had an alcoholic drink since that last `bar´ we went to in Rio and have walked miles and miles around this sprawling city which is cool, very colonial in parts, very chilled and very populated with beautiful people! TP Argentina is the country for you...

So tomorrow I fly to South Africa...I wish I could say to meet up with oh great one Marcus but sadly whilst skiing in Switzerland the poor chap had his appendix out so he´s currently horizontal in a Swiss hospital no doubt feeling very sorry for himself as not only does he miss our African trip he also missed his sisters wedding today...Ming - get well soon :)

So I´ll be flying solo in South Africa Mum/Dad I promise I'll be sensible and I'll be home sooner than you know. I've made it this far in 'more or less' one piece and I intend to continue!

Buenos Aires has been an amazing stopover highly recommended. I´ve been staying in San Telmo where tango originated, with it´s beautifully decorative cobbled streets I've seen endless live tango artists out on the streets, it´s awesome. I´ve been to La Boca home of the famous Boca Juniors football club where Maradona began his dirty tricks, I´ve ventured to the famous cemetary in Recoleta where Eva Peron (Evita) is buried, the cemetary was incredible photos next time, Missy you would have loved strolling around it! Above all I have relaxed. After group tantrems, travels and escapades my own downtime was essential. Tomorrow brings the final chapter in my travels. Africa beckons. I must admit I don´t really know what to expect.

Home is just around the corner now and I simply can´t wait to see you all. Just a few weeks left and I am so going to bore you all to your early graves!!

Right I am being kicked out of the internet cafe now so time to pack my rucksack for the 856th time at least.

Finally Happy Birthdays to my two awesome brothers Maff and Dan on the 10th and 16th and my wonderful Nan on the 27th I will ring you all, love you.

I arrive in South Africa on Monday the 11th, I have 3 nights booked into a Cape town hostel then I¨m open to any further offers so if any of you can recommend some highlights please let me know asap!
