We had very hot and uncomfortable night's sleep last night as the electricity turned off which meant we had no fan! We took the hostel's free bus service at 9am to Playa las Palmas, Tulum's famous beach and also where the Mayan ruins are. As we arrived early it was lovely and quiet, we found a nice spot and relaxed all morning. We had a spontaneous change of plan this morning, we wanted to go to Sartaneja which is a small fishing town in northern Belize.
