We are now in Rio baby- not quite the sun sea and surf we had hoped for, mainly as there is no sun:-( nor surf as its too dangerous :-( and well there is the sea but we cant go in it as we would be swept away.

since our last blog we flew down to the end of the world, Ushuaia- a very beautiful place with over 2meters of snow on the ground, so we thought we should make the most of it and went skiing again- but this time it was empty slopes, so much fun no waiting for the chairlift, after a few days skiing we opted for another activity, snowcats and husky riding into the forest.

We then realised we should really get out of there, the weather was set to turn bad and we had to fly so after a very delayed flight we made it to Buenos Aires, basing ourselves in San Telmo. We did all the touristy things, even went to a Tango show where the singers we worse than bruce forsyth and older, if thats possible.

a very long overnight bus to Pto. Iguazu set us up for seeing the falls, and my god they are INCREDIBLE beyond words, its a must to go and see, with lots of nice walks around the falls but be prepared to get wet.

and then came our longest bus ride EVER 24hours to Rio, and oh yes its the first bus that didnt provided food- a bag of skittles kept us going but know we are here and have walked on the beaches, been up to see Christ the redeemer and generally chilled out
