hello everyone!

well i finally left mission beach and let me tell you it wasn't easy! luckily i had vicky on hand to entertain me in Magnetic Island! after tearing myself away from Alex i got on the bus and once again got that old familiar feeling of being back on the road..................hunger!!! its hard to eat well on these journeys! anyway i caught the ferry and headed for magnetic island and as the pictures show it is beautiful!

i had a big night in mission beach the night before so after a few afternoon beers and a pizza i was already feeling drunk ..............actually it was so bad that even with the DJ pumping me and vicky were off to bed at 9 pm!

we didnt feel too bad though when we were able to get up and enjoy that amazing sunrise! after hiring our little white and pink convertible barbie car we were off! it really felt like you were driving a toy car! i would love to have one of these if it wasn't always raining at home! we headed around the beaches...........there are 27 on the island and all are amazing! in fact the water was so good we risked the jellyfish to take a swim!

then it was back to the hostel where vicky told me i should come to the bird feeding! i was quite happy lying by the pool but i decided it would be nice to see them..............until they started attcking us! it was seriously scary............it feels horrible when they fly at you and land on your head as if you're not even there! plus they suddenly seem to start using you as a toilet too! anyway after i calmed down we went out for a meal to treat ourselves and had a few drinks back at the hostel.........where i learned that however many times you tell a guy you have a boyfriend he can always come back with a solution to his problem....including 'cant you just shut your eyes and pretend i'm him!'.................it was definately time for bed ................ALONE!!!!!

well after an awesome weekend we headed back to the mainland and i got on the bus again heading for the whitsunday islands!!! i've just arrived but i will let you know more tomorrow..........only 1 min left on the internet!!! sorry bye bye!!! xxxx p.s hope you are all well, lots of love kristyxxx
