22nd feb mossie bites - 50! (all from walk up the mountain!) loads of bites and itching all over!! think the mountain mosquitoes were tasting human blood for the first time ever ...... and got a bit carried away! had a couple of days of rain! not too bad though as it gave me a chance to learn the most popular card game known by travellers worldwide........ called 's***head'! and even if i do say so myself....i was bloody good at it! had a really funny bunch of people and sometimes found ourselves playing for hours! there was a really funny american guy called chris who taught alot of us and then ended up getting beaten by most of the girls! went out in the evening to a local bar........won some beers in the dancing competition which was cool! met loads of nice people too ( laura and janine from up north!! they are sooo funny!) lots are going to fiji at the same time as me!
