Okay. So, I've been in New Zealand a whole week! It feels like it must be more than that but the calendar doesn't lie. The past week went in this order. Saturday Sean and I took a day hike around Queenstown. Nice easy trails that were beautiful. On our way back through town we stumbled on a farmers market with live music and had linner (lunch-dinner). Still being tired from my flight I went to bed around four. Later that night I got a txt from Sean inviting me to drive to Milford Sound with him and the three other girls we'd met. Milford sound was about four hours away but well worth the drive! That was where all the pictures were from. When we got back that night I had to switch hostels because adventure queens town was booked. Oh also I still don't have my stuff. Anyways, I walked to the hostel that I had booked called Bumble to find out they had booked for a tent spot. I don't have a tent. The receptionist called around and managed to get me a room at a place called Southern Laughter for Sunday and Monday night. I am so happy I ended up there because I met some great people! Monday I think we went and played frolf at the park, always a great time! We also saw some slack linners that were pretty cool! Watch the video I post of that! Tuesday morning I went to the airport to check on my stuff. I had been calling everyday and they wouldn't call me back so I just took the bus in. Turned out they did have my green backpack! Still no word on the red one though. After I got back we went to the lake. Wednesday I spent all day figuring out where I was going to go Thursday. I called a wwoof host named Ruth. With no questions asked she said she'd love to have me! So Thursday I packed my stuff at caught the bus to Dunedin and then onto Timaru. I'm going to be here 3 weeks! I have my own room off the padio of the house. I'm doing work on their abdobe solar passive house and gardening. There are 2 girls Ami (14) and Shannon (11). That's the update! Cheers! Oh also I got my red bag on Wednesday just in time!
