Shanghai is teeming with people, 32 million of them. On the roads they drive at a frenetic pace. Do the math! Here are the pluses and minuses for the CSU/OSM traveling classroom! We get to see the endless multitude of high rise apartment buildings which house a good portion of Shanghai and the ever present shops interspersed with large shopping malls. Lots and lots of residents driving and shopping! If the "plus" is experiencing how the natives live, the minus is trying to navigate our own transportation. We spend hours on the bus getting to our business appointments! The distances are great and the traffic quite like a combination of a comedy/horror show. Reality TV at its best! But we ARE survivors!
