Another China WOW! Yangshan Port is the largest shipping port in the world based on the volume of containers imported and exported! Located on an off-shore island in the East China Sea, this port handled more than 30 million 20-foot equivalent units (TEU) in the past year (as reported by Shanghai Daily). Driving on the highway to the port (island) we travelled over a 32 kilometer bridge, the longest bridge over sea water in the world! The size of things we've seen and experienced in China continues to astound us!
