After lanta, krabi is a definite disappointment. It is so touristy we could be in tenerife. When we got to our bungalows the guy took us to a really nice one and then came back and said that we hadn't paid for air con and so took us to a different room. With no tv, no fridge, not even hot water. Needless to say i was pissed off. I even enquired about an upgrade, it would cost three times as much for the privelege of hot water and twin beds. Oh well only five nights.

The sea is not as nice either, there are lots of boats around which makes the water really choppy. And whenever the wind blows you get covered in sand.

On the bright side most of the bars sell cocktails, which is something that lanta was definitely lacking. We're not sure what we are going to do here. Might go kayaking tomorrow (thurs) and jo has booked to go horse riding on friday.
