Well its 530 am and we are about to dock into Devonport, it is currently 8 degrees outside and it looks to have been raining, the sailing wasnt too bad, started out fairly smooth but we were woken at about 1130pm as the toilet door flew open and we were being tossed around in our beds, we had all taken sea sickness medication and drifted back off to sleep pretty quickly, there was a fair bit of rocing and rolling through the night but we survived ok and are now j...

Well the end is near, today we have caught some trams in Melbourne, been to Fed Square as well as a quick bit of shopping at Harbour Town, now we have just packed the car for the last time and are now waiting at Port Melbourne to get the Spirit back to Devonport, it is still very windy here at the momet, not looking forward to 12 degrees at home tomorrow, we haven't even had a night that cold since we left 6 weeks ago!!!!

We are now back in Melbourne, it feels a little sad that the holiday is almost over, but looking forward to getting home to see all of our family and friends. Metung has left us all with a desire to return, we have already planned a trip back in a few years again with the Clarke's and maybe some more family or friends if we can convince them. We have had a very peaceful day here in Metung, we have been doing the last parts of our school work, watched DVD's, played in the park and on the Tennis courts, we are heading to the Metung Sailing Club for dinner. We are definitely coming back here again as it is very spacious, peaceful and relaxing. Tomorrow we drive to Melbourne for an overnight stop before getting on the Spirit of Tasmania and

We are now back in Victoria and nearing the end of our big adventure, we are staying in Metung for 2 nights, Metung is a very nice seaside village with a population of 1200. There are plenty of things for the kids to do here, there is a pool, sauna, playground. We were only supposed to be here for 1 night but we thought we might stay an extra night and they offerred us the extra night for free.....woohoo.
