Today we have left Melbourne and headed 250 km to Glenrowan. Glenrowan is a famous Victorian town, it is where Ned Kelly was captured. We toured the Ned Kelly museum and saw the significant places around Glenrowan, like the site where the seige took place and also where Joe Byrne was shot. Today we had a pretty quiet day, we went to the park on the South Melbourne foreshore and played with lots of other kids, we also saw the Spirit of Tasmania docked at the pier. We got up and surprised dad with some presents for Father's Day today and made him breaky in bed. Today we went to Sovreign Hill in Ballarat. Sovreign Hill is a gold mining settlement that is a big tourist attraction. Ballarat was a big mining town in the 1800-1900's, in 1858 the second biggest gold nugget was found here, it is still the second biggest nugget found in Australia to date.
