I'm having such a great time on the moose tour. Today was pretty much spent on the bus as we drove from Kelowna to Banff.

Oh actually I should have started this with...... Steve (the older guy that sat next to me yesterday) didn't sit next to me today!!! Woo hoo one of the girls Alex did which was cool it's nice to mix it up a little!

There was an option to do kayaking today but I didn't fancy it as it was $50! There were about 10 of us that didn't want to do it so we got abandoned at a lake for 2 and a half hours and it's been cold and rainy today!! We sat on a bench and had our lunch then we took some photos of us in front of the lake. We put our cameras on timer and got some good pictures (see today's photo). We decided to try find indoor shelter somewhere and as we got up we saw the bus!! The kayaking got cancelled as it was too windy!! So we didn't have to stay in the cold!! Woo hoo

We got to Banff an hour early. Our dinner had been ready for an hour!!!! I had a veggie burger AGAIN!! I hope I don't have any more on this trip!! There's only so many you can eat! We had to pay for tonight's dinner which was $8. It was a bit annoying as it had been sat there for so long! Oh well.

Again about 9 of us wanted to go to the hot springs so we rushed to get a bus but we'd missed the bus we needed and would have to wait 45 mins until the next one!! We came back to the hostel and Krista our driver gave us a lift. As we were driving along cars were stopped on the side of the road do we knew there was some kind of wildlife there. It was 2 massive Elks!!!! They were so cool to see!! People were taking selfies with them which is so dangerous as apparently they attack to kill!! I'm glad I was on the bus! My pictures are in my camera do I can't show you all!! Sorry!

The hot springs were amazing!! So hot which felt really good after such a cold day. We had a nice view of the mountains. It was a little like the Blue Lagoon but on a much smaller scale!! We got the bus back at 11.15 but we needed to take 2 buses to get to the hostel but we were too late for the second one so we needed to walk! We asked the bus driver where to get off and he radioed the bus we needed and made him wait for us!! How nice.

We got back to the hostel and went to the hostel bar for a drink. They had karaoke so a few of us girls sang I wanna dance with somebody! We were ok! 2 of the guys sang as well and a girl Sophie did Ed Sheeran I need you buy you don't need me she was so good!!

Even though we've not done much it's been a really good day especially this evening it was really nice. We are back in Banff in a few days and have a full day here which is good as they have lots of shopping and I'm going to go horse riding!!
