Happy New Year! Today we traveled from Morelia back to Lazaro's home town.
Minus a little trouble getting out of Guadalajara, the trip was uneventful. We concluded that the gps was "faulty" because it only told you your turn after had passed it....
Once we had arrived back to town,his mother had prepared chile rellonas. (Poblano peppers pan fried with a batter and stuffed with cheese and potatoes). Then his sister had a feast closer to midnight where her daughter, son, and grand daughter plus Lazaro's mom, brother(Paco), and sister (Paulita) came over. It was nice to participate in this tradition with them.
