On our third day on the ship, yesterday, we had a whole day just at sea. No stopping just cruising. I was really hoping the sun would finally come out, and luckily it did! Yay! So yesterday was basically just tanning all day. The day goes by so fast when you just lie in the sun!

Today we are on Aruba, our first stop in the former Netherlands Antilles. We got here at 1 pm, so beore that, we just tanned out on deck. After we got ashore, we got talking to some local who had a tour going to see the north, and most interesting part of the island. We jumped at the chance, and had an interesting tour of Aruba. There is actually not that much to see here, they have no real sights, but it is still nice to see something more than just the capital. We went to a special rock place, to a church, and to a lighthouse. I like the fact that all the houses are so colourful here, I would want a pink house! It definitely has the Caribbean look and feel here on Aruba.

Ater the tour, we were dropped off in the capital, Oranjestad. Had a walk around, but there wasn't much to see at all. Bought some souvenirs, and headed back for the ship. The ship is actually staying here until 11 pm tonight, but there is not much to see or do after the sun has set and everything has closed. Will probably fall asleep early tonight also, and that is ok, because tomorrow we will get to Bonaire at 8 am in the morning!
