After leaving Coober Pedy we hit the Oodnadatta to our campsite at Coward Springs. I have stayed here before with Geoff Taylor and John Sheldon and wanted Pauletta and the kids to experience this great place. We set up camp in a secluded spot and went straight to the thermal spring for a swim which was great with the noisy chatter of the little zebra finches. Had a campfire that night and swapped stories with some other friendly campers.
Today we set off and have set up at a place called Hawker which is at the entrance to the Flinders Rangers. Tomorrow we hope to make it back to Broken Hill in NSW. Reluctantly edging closer to home!

Katrina Hey guys if still in Broken Hill make sure you check out the Daydream mine outside Broken Hill near Silverton. We recently went and kids loved it. Also Bell's Milk Bar have the best milkshakes in a retro milkbar! xo Kat
