Woodleys walkabout
We'll we finally crossed the border into NSW yesterday and we are now in Broken Hill. We are staying in a motel so that we can hopefully make an early start today although that looks unlikely as the kids are still in bed!!
Today we will head off to Mungo National Park which is about 300km South of Broken Hill. We will track through Menindee which Has a school with a close affiliation to Tahlia and Jacks school in Lindfield. From here it will be back to the dirt road for another 200km to Pooncarie and then Mungo, a world Heritage site. This is where they have The Walls of China where artefacts of an ancient Culture have been discovered dating back over 50,000 years across the expanses of the last ice age.
