Hi Everyone

We have been in Bariloche for a few days, it's lovely here, very cold and we can see snow capped mountains all around us The Hostel we have been staying in is very cosy, it's made of wood like a cabin. It was nice to stay in and cook for ourselves in the kitchen as we have been going out every night because we have been staying in hotels.

On Monday we went on a multi trek through the mountains, it was really pretty. We went to see the black glacier which was amazing, although it was a lot smaller than it used to be as it's melting very quickly. You wouldn't believe how much it has shrunk in 20 years they reakon it will have dissapeared within the next 20 years which is very sad. We also saw a couple of waterfalls one in the forest we were able to walk behind - we got soaked! That night we went to a mexican restuarant with Hannah and Matt another couple in our group it was really nice.

Yesterday a few of us got the bus further up the mountains to the ski resort where we hired ski and snowboard gear, it was great to get back on the slopes! it was really sunny and we had a really good day. Then we just stayed in again and cooked some pasta.

This morning we went to a chocolate place for breakfast as Bariloche is know for it's quality and quantity of chocolate (it's everywhere I was lovin it!) I had a big chocolate moose thing with raspberries on it and tom had a small Madeline (a small cake) I also brought a box of chocolates to take with me, I asked them for a bigger box but the lady behind the counter said they didnt have any! Tom said it was the happiest he had seen me so far! haha! We are leaving today to take a 6 hour bus to Puerto Varas in Chile.
